Tiramisu using our Chocolate Sponge Cake Mix! Easy, fast & cost effective!

Instructions:
Chocolate Sponge cake base:
Add 600g chocolates sponge cake mix, 300g egg, 150ml water in our mixer and stir well for 9-11 minutes.
Place your mix in a deep baking pan and bake in a preheated oven for 45-55 minutes in 180C.
Let the cake to cool down.
Soak the baked sponge cake with 250ml strong brewed coffee & 1 teaspoon Rum.
Top:
Add 250ml fresh cream, 250g mascarpone cheese & 70g sugar in your mixer and stir well.

Sprinkle your cake with cocoa powder.
