Ice cream Cake using our Ice cream mix & sponge cake mix!Papa Mix Food & Beverages Ltd
For Sponge Cake:
- Add 600g of Sponge Cake Mix with 300g eggs & 150ml water in your mixer and stir well for 9-11 minutes.
- Add the mixture in a deep pan and bake for 45-55 minutes in a preheated oven at 180C.
- Let the Sponge cake to cool down
For Ice Cream:
▪️ Add 1 litre milk in your freezer for an hour.
▪️Add the milk in your mixer with 300g Ice Cream mix and stir well for 10 minutes.
Ice Cream Cake:
▪️ Cut your sponge cake in layers (recipe will be shown in other video) and add in your container with strawberries on top.
▪️ Top with your ice cream and repeat!
▪️ Seal well with the container’s lid or clean film. Place in freezer overnight.
