The healthiest, tastiest recipe for brownies is here by Clinical Dietitian Despina Palama!

Ingredients:

(15 pieces)
▪️1 & 1/2 cup Oat Flour (ground Oats)
▪️ 1/3 cup unsweetened Cocoa powder
▪️3 Large very ripe bananas ( or 6 small bananas)
▪️1 & 1/2 Tablespoon Honey or Maple syrup
▪️2 medium eggs or 2 tbsp Flax seeds ( + 6 tbsp water)
▪️1/4 teaspoon salt
▪️1/2 teaspoon vanilla
▪️1 & 1/2teaspoon baking powder
▪️1/2 cup mini semi dark chocolate chips
▪️1 & 1/2 tbsp Coconut oil/ butter

Procedure:
▪️ Preheat oven to 160 °C.
Add oats to a food processor and pulse until very finely ground.
▪️Add cocoa powder, bananas, honey and mix well combined.
▪️Add salt, vanilla, baking powder, egg and coconut oil.Pulse until well blended.
▪️Add 1/4 cup of Chocolate Chips in the mixture.
▪️Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.
▪️Bake 13-15 minutes. (Do not over bake )
▪️Store covered at room temperature.

*Use just 1 cup Oats for fluffier result
