Pea Protein Shake by My Dietitian!
Inrgedients:
- 1 medium sized banana
- 3 tablespoons yogurt
- 1/2 cup rice milk
- 1/2 cup frozen fruits
- 1 scoop (15g) pea protein powder
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Preparation:
Add all the ingredients together in your blender and shake well!
