Our favourite Vasilopita Cake, is not just for Christmas!


680g Paper Pouch for one large Cake.

Additional information



Add 680g Vasilopita Mix and 70g crushed almonds in a bowl.
Add 220g butter or spray, 100ml orange juice and its orange peel, 40ml milk, 40ml cognac and 350g egg (7eggs). Stir all the ingredients together in your mixer for 9 minutes in medium speed.
Preheat your oven and bake at 160-180C for 1 hour.
Tip: add crushed almonds or powdered sugar as a topping.
