  • Add the mix (340g) in a bowl with 450ml water and stir well.
  • Leave the mixture to ‘rest’ for 10 minutes
  • Bake in a preheated frying pan in medium to high temperature until the pancakes reach a golden colour.
  • Store in the refrigerator (below 7 ° C) for up to 10 days.
  • Tip: Serve with honey, fruits and/or nuts of your choice
